To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower. If you have not paid us any amount, the cap will apply as 100 EUR (or the equivalent in Canadian dollars as determined at the time of judgment).
